A lot of companies, businesses, gyms and studios ALWAYS claim that by working with them “you are building your business”...
If you’ve been in the health and fitness industry for quite some time you’ll know that (for the most part) it’s just not true! The reality is that you’re going to work your butt off, trying to hit quotas, hustling and grinding for clients, wasting a lot of time and money so that THEY profit, with the chance for you to make a small percentage or a “cut” in the process, just as long as your cut is not bigger than the companies ;)
So maybe you work at a gym that requires you take a small cut from what clients actually pay. Maybe you’ve used someone else’s “gym” to conduct your private sessions but had to share space with other trainers and their clients. Maybe you just want a nice, clean, PRIVATE place for your private clients. There’s a multitude of reasons why a trainer would and should go private. Whatever you’re going through you can rest assured that we’ve been there and we understand the struggle, that’s why Boutique Personal Training Inc. is specially designed to cater to personal trainers. Our goal is to cater to personal trainers and make YOU the priority. Conventional gyms are concerned about their clients not their trainers, now it’s time for someone to look out for the little guy.

Build your own schedule - we don’t need you to do floor hours or shifts, or any of that nonsense. You’re here to work with your client then do whatever else you want to do. There’s a lot more you could be doing with your time and the last thing you want is to be restrained to one place. Schedule a time that’s convenient for you and your clients and use your free time however you wish. Just make sure you do it ahead of time so no one takes your slot!
Be your own boss - we don’t have quotas or numbers that need to be met by a certain deadline that you are responsible for. There is no sneaking around and hoping that no one knows that you have a private client. This is YOUR business. No bosses, managers or owners to deal with. YOU’re in charge! Come in with your client, give them the best experience possible and leave, it’s as simple as that.
Charge and earn what YOU want - We are not taking any cuts, percentages or amounts from your hard earned money. All we ask, is a small rent fee to cover our costs, the rest? All for you! How you choose to charge for your services is a discussion for you and your client. At the end of the day you’re the one doing the work. You’ve earned it!
Rest area - Oh trust us we know about uncomfortable sleeping areas and having to gather every inch of strength to be captain positivity for your clients when you’re feeling like a zombie. We know you’ve slept in your car, the staff room, your friends house, the park and practically anywhere you could for that sweet half hour to an hour of freedom in your busy schedule. We’re not providing a bed because of certain legal issues, BUT our comfy sofa is always available for a quick power nap away from prying eyes. We also have a fridge and a microwave so that you can keep up with your dietary needs. Bring whatever you want but make sure to dispose of all your garbage correctly and take any belongings with you after you’ve completed your sessions.
Build your business - by joining us you’re joining a team of people just like you who understand your needs. Not just that, you get to have a place to build and expand YOUR business. Every gym and studio says this, we mean it! This is YOUR business we are just supplying the space. Bring whoever you want from wherever you want. No memberships for you or your clients required.
Personal means personal - book our studio for a whole hour and show your clients exactly what PERSONAL training means. They’re here for YOU and you’re here for them. This is a sacred space for you to give your clients the one on one attention they deserve. At all times there will be no more than two trainers per hour, with a maximum of two clients per trainer. Anything above 2 people is considered small group training and has different pricing points. Small group training cannot exceed 4 people. Due to space restrictions and legal issues this is not a space for group classes or large groups.
What we ask from you - The first and obvious thing is that you must be a certified trainer. We don’t really mind from which organization as long as they’re nationally recognized. You must posses updated CPR/AED certifications. You must be insured to work out of your own accord and make sure your insurance covers your clients also. We DO NOT take responsibility for anything that you or your client do during your hour. This is YOUR business that we are providing a space for, therefore we do not provide any benefits other than the use of our wonderful facility.
You assume ALL responsibility for any damages, losses or issues that arise during your hour. Treat our facility like you would your own. Naturally, respect and courtesy should always be at the forefront of your services. Hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are extremely important.
Once you complete a session you are to put everything back as you found it and if needs be give the equipment a quick wipe down or quick clean to prepare for the next user. Check lists and contracts for different requirements and agreements will be provided and must be signed and completed prior to any type of training by you and your clients.
I'M LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL TRAINER
Great! First thing we need to do is arrange a time and date for you to come to the studio at 77 Lafayette Ave in White Plains, NY for your initial complimentary consultation.
The consultation begins by us finding out a little about you and your physical history followed by clearly identifying your fitness goals and discuss some options on how to reach them. During your consultation, we will go through a series of functions, movements & exercises that give us a clear perception of your current fitness level.
Once we’ve assessed your, flexibility, mobility, strength, stability, endurance, power, & agility, we will either create a general fitness outline that you can implement for yourself to begin your fitness journey. Or a customized training program that one of our trainers will guide you through, should you decide to choose to continue with sessions.
