The consultation is a thorough look at where you currently are and where you want to be in terms of fitness. We begin by finding out about you and your physical history. This is then followed by clearly identifying your fitness goals and discussing some options on how to reach them. During your consultation, we will go through a series of functions, movements & exercises that give us a clear perception of your current fitness level.
We then measure you using our inbody scanner which gives us an extremely accurate depiction of vital information such as your muscle and fat mass, body fat percentage, BMI, etc.
Once we’ve assessed your, flexibility, mobility, strength, stability, endurance, power, & agility, we will create a customized training program that one of our trainers will guide you through.
