First thing we need to do is arrange a time and date for you to come to the studio at
77 Lafayette Ave in White Plains, NY for your initial complimentary consultation. The consultation begins with us finding out a little about you and your physical history followed by clearly identifying your fitness goals and discussing some options on how to reach them. During your consultation, we will go through a series of functions, movements & exercises that give us a clear perception of your current fitness level. Once we’ve assessed your, flexibility, mobility, strength, stability, endurance, power, & agility, we will either create a general fitness outline that you can implement for yourself to begin your fitness journey. Or a customized training program that one of our trainers will guide you through, should you decide to choose to continue with sessions. Complimentary consultations are available:
